Q: Why don't I see all the rules as part of the RAG results. I can see that some of them are under “Not Done”. Is there a particular reason why these rules were not run?
A: Rules are categorised under “Not Done” when they are not utilised in the assessment. There could be multiple reasons for that, among them:

Parameters in document uploaded are not consistent. For example, height is not mentioned in some of the driving licenses and if the rule is part of the profile then it is categorised under “Not Done”.

Specific ID format which might not be supported.

Address not verified against sources because of unavailable coverage.
