Q: Why have we been charged for assessments which have not been completed yet?
A: Assessments are charged as soon as the relevant check is performed.
Our platform is designed in order to allow for the results of a specific check to be seen as soon as it is completed, independent of other checks about the client.
Therefore, a check can be completed and therefore billable, even though the assessment, as whole, is still pending / incomplete.
