Q: Can multiple users have the same email ID?
A: Yes. One email ID can be used for creating multiple users with different roles on the platform.
In order to do that, please follow the same steps as in Section 2.3.2 to create a new user.
You will get to the following screen:
Here, if you add, under “E-mail”, an email address which is already used by a user, the following screen will pop-up, allowing you to add not just an email address, but also a user name - thus allowing you to add multiple users on the same email address.
