7. The mPASS™ Tab

The mPASS™ module, as you can read more about in Sections 1.4.2.1 and 4.5 to this manual, is a regulatory classification engine. It performs several main tasks, including:

• Client Categorisation (classification)

• Suitability assessment

• Appropriateness assessment

• Profile of the client’s risk appetite

While some parts of the mPASS™ module are, naturally, based on regulation, others can be configured by you in order to suit your firm’s policies and procedures.
