14.2. Amending Questions and Responses

Q: Can we amend the questions and the corresponding responses presented to the client during the onboarding journey without interrupting the application?

A: Yes. Most of the questions can be amended at the back-end per requirement, depending of course on the terms of your plan. The application will remain uninterrupted as most of the changes are done before going “LIVE”. Any changes required later can also be accommodated with mutual agreement.
