4.4. The Responses Tab

The second tab from the left in the assessment report view is the “Responses” tab. Here you will see questions the client was asked during the client journey, answers they supplied, as well as links to documents uploaded by them.

These can provide you with documentation of the onboarding process, which is not only a requlatory requirement in many jurisdictions, but also needed, many times, for your own investigation into the client’s case, should it be necessary.
