4.3 The “General” Details Tab
The “General” tab is the first tab you will see upon entering a certain assessment.

This is the “General” tab, which includes some main attributes related to the assessment presented. Here is a summative breakdown of these attributes:

A | Financial Institution | Denotes your firm |
B | Financial Institution – Country | Denotes the jurisdiction in which your firm is licensed as configured in the specific Platform |
C | Client Email & Client Country | Denote the email address to which the assessment was sent, and the country of residence declared by the client |
D | Client Type | Denotes whether the client is an individual (natural person) or a corporate |
E | Report Time & Assessment Time | Denote the exact time in which the report was produced by the Platform and the exact time in which the assessment was completed |
F | Token ID (mPASS™) & Transaction Ref (mCHECK™) | Denote unique identifiers of the different parts of the report. These are automatically produced and assigned by the Platform |
G | Profile Name (mCHECK™) & Profile ID (mCHECK™) | Denote the name and ID of the mCHECK™ profile used in the assessment. Note, that the name of the profile is given by users, whereas the ID is assigned by the Platform. For more on mCHECK™ profile see Section 8.6. |
H | Reference Key & Requested By | Denote the Platform user who created the assessment and the name they gave the assessment (the reference key) |
I | Monitored | Denotes if the assessment is monitored or not. The two possible states are: ![]() or ![]() For more on monitoring see Section 5 |
J | Alerts | Denotes if there are any non-reviewed alerts re the client. For more on alerts see Section 5.5 |
K | FI Legislative Matrix | Clicking this button will open a screen containing indicative summative information about the relevant legislative provisions related to the mPASS(tm) module, legislated in the jurisdiction your firm is licensed in |
L | Know Your Country | Clicking this button will open a screen containing indicative summative information about the risk related attributes of the client’s jurisdiction |
M | Client Legislative Matrix | Clicking this button will open a screen containing indicative summative information about the relevant legislative provisions related to the mPASS(tm) module, legislated in the jurisdiction your client has indicated they reside in |
