1.4.3. The Platform’s Key Design Principles – Wholistic, Configurable, Automated

The fact the Platform can operate in parts, is not a matter of chance. We touched upon two of the Platform’s three key design principles earlier – wholistic design, taking care of the entire onboarding chain, and full automation. In this respect of automation it is to be said, that our belief in automation derives, in large, from our belief that it is not only inefficient to have humans perform tedious, repetitive tasks (slow and error-prone), but also unfair to them (increases stress and reduces workplace satisfaction).

Our third and equally as important design principle is Configurability. It is no coincidence the Platform is comprised of “modules” – we at Muinmos recognise that not all firms are alike, and wish to empower their compliance officers to be able to tailor it to their exact requirements and wishes.

Therefore, the Platform is highly configurable. From which checks to perform, through what questions to ask, what documents to require, what thresholds to place, to how the scoring is being made, and much, much more.

It is important for us to let you know already now – the Platform is a tool, for you to use, and please feel free to do so and use it to its full abilities, adding the above depicted functionalities or disabling them, until you get the right tool for your needs.

And having said that – let’s get you started on the Platform!
