2.1. Logging in for the First Time
In order to log in to the Muinmos platform for the first time you require a username and a one-time password, which should have been provided to you by the Muinmos team via email.
First time login (to the UAT environment, meaning, the test environment provided to your organisation): Click here and enter your username and the one-time password provided in the invitation email.
If your organisation is already using the Platform (for example, if you’re a new compliance officer in a firm which utilises the Platform, and you want to login to the “live environment”): Click here and enter your username and the one-time password provided in the invitation email.
Multi Factor Authentication: In order to enhance security, you may wish to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA), which is available on the platform.

FAQ I didn’t receive my password. What to do? Get in touch with the Muinmos platform administrator at your organisation. They have the ability to create, update and reset user access. Please remember to check your spam folder as well. I forgot my password. What to do? You can reset your password using the “Forgot your password” function on the login screen. Your Muinmos administrator can also reset your access. After they do so, you will receive an email with instructions on how to login and choose a new password. |
