8.3. Request Certified Documents Configuration

Sometimes, regulatory requirements as well as institutional policies require the use of certified documents, such as notarised certificates. The Platform allows you to easily request your clients to present certified documents, by going to the relevant screen:

There you can simply specify, for each country you require certified documents in, if these should be requested or not.
