5.4. The Monitoring Tab In the Client Assessment

A client’s assessment screen contains all the relevant data to that specific client, and therefore provides for the perfect place for you to make decisions regarding that client, such as, for example, to stop monitoring it (on how to access a client’s assessment, refer to section 4.1 of this manual).

In order to access the monitoring related data related to the client, go to “Monitoring” tab of the assessment. There, you will see the different types of monitoring available (corporate; PEPs Sanctions & Adverse Media; expiration of POI documents; expiration of POR/other documents).

For each type of monitoring you will see if it is active or not; and, accordingly, you will be able to “Start Monitoring” or “Stop Monitoring”, as evident also in  the screenshot below.

 Apart from starting / stopping monitoring, the said screen contains an abundance of other data. Here’s a more detailed break-down of the said screen:

Explanation

A

PEP, Sanctions & Adverse Media

This section shows monitoring related data in relation to PEP, Sanctions & Adverse Media alerts (if the a PEP, Sanctions & Adverse Media check was performed in the specific assessment).

B

Corporate

This section shows the entity being monitored for Corporate Data related alerts (if the a Corporate Data check was performed in the specific assessment).

C

Proof of Identity

This section includes allows you to monitor ID documents uploaded by the client.

D

Proof of Residence/Other Document Types

This section allows you to monitor proof of residence or other documents uploaded by the client as configured by you. 

E

Monitoring Status

The monitoring status shows whether the assessment is currently being monitored or not.

Monitored Start Date

Denotes the monitoring start date.

G

Document Type

Denotes the type of document monitored (such as ID, Passport etc.).

H

Filename

Denotes the name of the uploaded file.

I

Expiry Date

Denotes the expiry date of the uploaded document.

J

Capture Date

Denotes the date in which the document was uploaded onto the Platform.

K

Alert Parameter

Denotes when you will receive an alert for a particular document before its expiry.

L

Actions

Contains the “Start/Stop Monitoring” buttons.
