5.3. How To Start / Stop Monitoring

You can start monitoring clients in the following manners:

1. Automatically, by setting a “Monitor on green RAG” rule. On that, see Section 5.6.

2. Per client, through the “Monitoring” tab in the client’s assessment.  On that, see Section 5.4.

3. Per client, through the Monitoring List.  On that, see Section 5.5.

You can stop the active monitoring of a client in the following manners:

2. Per client, through the Monitoring List.  On that, see Section 5.5.
