5.1. What Can Be Monitored?

The Platform can monitor several types of data.

PEPs, Sanctions & Adverse Media – monitoring of a client’s (be it a natural person or a corporate) data in relation to changes or potential changes to their PEPs, Sanctions & Adverse Media status.

Corporate Data – monitoring of a corporate’s attributes relating to its incorporation status, key stakeholders etc.

Proof of Identity documents expiration – the Platform can be configured to alert you a certain period before these documents are about to expire. 

Proof of Residence/Other Document Types – the Platform can be configured to alert you a certain period after these documents have been uploaded to the Platform.

Of course, in order for the Platform to be able to monitor a specific dataset, that dataset has to be included in the checks performed in the assessment, and monitoring needs to be activated.

Please also note that, like in many other actions in the Platform, there might be a cost involved in switching monitoring on. We make a point of mentioning it here, since this is a recurring cost, and monitoring will continue until otherwise turned off.
