2.2. Filling-in your Organisation's Particulars
After logging in and setting your password, you can now start filling-in your organisation’s details. Note, that we sometimes refer to each Platform as one “organisation” or “org”. Your firm may have several such “orgs”. It is important to fill-in the details relevant to that specific org. You can do so in the “Particulars” screen under your institution’s name in the main menu. Here’s how you get to the relevant screen:

Here, you need to fill-in the basic attributes of your organisation, as explained in the table below.

A | Basic company details | Here you fill in the basic details of your firm like name, country of incorporation, address, registered company number and license number. |
B | Email addresses | Here you can fill in the email addresses for each relevant function of your organisation, or for the Platform to use when sending emails to clients / applicants. Invoice email – the email address you would like invoices to be sent to. Legal notice email – the email address for contractually relevant notices. Relationship email – the main email address for your organisation in your relationship with us. Sender email – the email address that appears on your emails to clients / applicants. Usually something like “noreply@yyy.com” or ”onboarding@yyy.com”. Email CC / BCC – any addresses you would like the Platform to send the invitation email (the email sent to the client / applicant inviting them to take the assessment) to as a CC / BCC. Compliance Department email – to this address the Platform will send compliance-relevant emails such as monitoring alerts. |
C | Domain | This is the website address created by our Platform for you. You do not fill this field. |
D | Hide assessment logo | Tick this if you want your logo not to show during the assessment journey. |
E | Organisation ID | This is the unique ID number of your Platform. It is automatically and randomly generated. |
F | Logo | Here you can upload your firm’s logo, to be presented in the assessment journey. |
