12.3. The Audit Log Screen
You will then see the following screen:

The screen, like other screens in the Platform, is comprised of a search area, and a list.
The elements in the search area are as follows:

| Element | Explanation |
A | User | Filter results by user. |
B | Status | Filter results by “Failure” or “Success” criteria. ![]() |
C | Type | Filter results by numerous relevant criteria. The list of criteria is available within the field. ![]() |
D | Institution | This is only available in an omni-bus set-up (meaning, a set-up with many organisations under it). |
E | From (Date) | Filter results by date (starting from). |
F | To (Date) | Filter results by date (starting from). |
The elements in the list itself are as follows:

A | Date and Time | The date and time of the action logged. |
B | Activity | The type of activity logged. |
C | Result | The result of that activity (success/failure). |
D | User | The user that perfromed the logged action. |
E | Institution | The institution under which the logged action was performed. |
F | Token | The assessment linked to the action logged. |
G | Target user | The user for whom you made an action (for example, if you set a password for a different user). Only Admin level users can do that. |
